When opportunity knocks, will you answer? Stumbling through life at times, leaving nothing to chance the next, to what do we owe success or failure? “Serendipity” depicts a chance meeting of biomorphic creatures, floating or perhaps swimming through an equally ambiguous environment. Ghostly, yet hopeful at the same time, the viewer of this scene might be conflicted as to whether this encounter will be amicable or dangerous. Alien, yet familiar, how do we as a species interpret otherness? Unframed.
